Robert Richards
Data and Analytics Manager, Torch Insight at Milliman
Robert Richards was a student affiliate at the Duke Initiative on Survey Methodology while he completed a PhD in Public Policy at the Sanford School of Public Policy. He is currently a health care data expert and data scientist manager for Torch Insight at Milliman. His research interests focus on the politics of American health policy, including public opinion and legislative politics. Before coming to Duke, Robert worked on various survey projects as an undergraduate research fellow at BYU’s Center for the Study of Elections and Democracy.
